After we toured a few that required renovation, I took them to a brand new house in their price range. They didn't even consider it because they thought they couldn't afford the house. I sent them to kelly and within a couple hours they we approved and the rest is history. They had me tour the new house one week later because they thought there was no way they were going to afford it so they didn't really look at it. They were very happy. Thanks Kelly!
