He was very knowledgeable especially with a 2nd VA loan purchase, when other lenders kept telling me we didn’t qualify for a bonus benefit. He did an amazing job!!

He drafted our offer letter during the weekend while out of town with his family. That speak for it self, he understood that with out our offer letter we could potentially miss out on the property we were looking at. Joel was alway professional, easy to work with, and took pride in his work.

Everybody in the office was very helpful too We were very pleased and impressed. Whenever we had a question, we had instant access and help through each process there was never any lengthy wait time at all. We really like the in person contact with Joel And The girls in the office.
