Who Is This For?
Let's talk about who Business Financial Accountability Coaching is really for.
It's for the small business owner who is good at what they do—but doesn't necessarily understand the numbers behind the business.
Maybe you're a contractor, consultant, healthcare provider, professional service provider, retailer, tradesperson, or another small business owner.
You're working hard.
You're growing.
You're serving your customers.
You're probably involved in your community, networking, learning, and looking for the next opportunity.
But when your accountant sends you the financial statements, you may still wonder:
Is my business actually making money?
Am I charging enough?
Can I afford to hire someone?
Why is there money in the bank but I don't feel like I'm making money?
What should I be doing with these reports?
You don't need to love accounting.
You don't even need to WANT to do your own accounting.
You just need someone who can help you understand what the numbers are saying so you can make decisions with confidence.
That's what I do.
And I work with small businesses in Washington State.
If this sounds like you—or someone you know who owns a small business in Washington—I'd love to have a conversation.
