This clients Altima was struck by another party. The insurance carrier paid for the repairs. When the customer inquired regarding the vehicles loss of value due to it now having a permanent accident history, the insurance carrier said, "That's not a thing". As Christmas arrives, we’re reminded of the importance of slowing down and appreciating the people we’ve had the privilege of working with and supporting. That said, we’re truly grateful for your trust and partnership this time of year and always.

A customers Silverado 2500 HD was struck in the rear by another party. Their insurance Co considered the vehicle a total loss. Their settlement offer was "Unsettling" to the customer.
