This Polson condo closing was one for the books!

These borrowers came to me through a referral from a fellow loan officer in Oregon, and I’m so grateful they trusted our team to get the job done!

We received the contract just 5 days after the property went under contract, with a property inspection waiver and a tight timeline ahead of us. We wasted no time getting to work!

✨ 9 business days to secure condo approval

✨ 10 days to clear to close

✨ 12 days to closing!

I know, that’s a lot of numbers… but numbers are kind of our thing! 😉

At the end of the day, it’s not just about closing quickly. It’s about putting our clients first, navigating challenges, and making sure they feel taken care of every step of the way.

🏡 A second chance, a unique loan program & clear to close in just 10 days! 🔑

These buyers were working with another lender on a manufactured home loan when communication suddenly stopped, leaving them wondering where to turn next.

Their agent, Kylee Traver, reached out to see if I could help. If you know anything about Triad manufactured home financing, you know it’s not your typical mortgage! There are only a handful of lenders who specialize in this space, and the process looks quite different from a traditional home loan.

I told these buyers we’d do everything we could to get things moving quickly, and they decided to put their trust in me. Just 10 DAYS later… CLEAR TO CLOSE! 🎉

Now, with Triad, clear to close doesn’t quite mean you’re at the finish line! There’s still quality control, waiting for original documents to arrive at title, signing, overnighting those documents back, and then waiting for the wire to arrive.

See what I mean when I say this is a unique process?! 😅

Things that will give your loan officer a heart attack! 😂

A friendly reminder: before making any big financial moves during the mortgage process, always check with your loan officer first! Opening new credit cards, moving money between accounts, and other financial changes can impact your home loan. A quick conversation can save you a whole lot of stress. 😉

This is one I won’t ever forget! 🏠 I’ve been working with this borrower for about a year and a half, so when she and her husband were ready to make an offer, I was so excited to help them get to the finish line!

We negotiated a great seller credit and put every bit of it to good use, helping make the numbers work in their favor.
