This closing came with plenty of moving pieces—literally! 🚚

My borrower was relocating across the country to start a new job while the rest of the family stayed behind to finalize the sale of their home. Between coordinating a major move, navigating Power of Attorney signings, and managing all the details that come with a cross-country transition, there was a lot to juggle.

Through it all, they stayed focused, flexible, and determined to make it happen. And in the end, we got it across the finish line! ✅
