If you have an active Corporation, LLC etc. make sure you do your Beneficial Ownership report and be aware there are a bunch of sites that look legit but will charge you for something that you can do in literally 5 minutes. They say its a $500 daily penalty for any company not having it done before the end of the year. Talk to your accountant but get it done. Good luck out there!

Great Resource to order a title, get registration reminders, and make sure your license is in good standing. Cannot tell you how many clients have been pulled over and were told their license was suspended(an arrestable offense)due to a Sunpass issue or unpaid parking ticket. The state traditionally only sends out letters in regular mail to inform you which may or may not get to you. This system allows you to monitor your drivers license if you choose. In todays digital world it pays to be proactive. Good luck out there!

Hopefully the property insurance market will get a reprieve. I am not the first to say that rates have gotten out of control for a variety of reasons and hopefully this will help in curbing the price increase we have all been experiencing. Cross your fingers everybody!
