She was a great help when I didn't understand something. She went to bat for me. She was always helpful. She met me to get copies of what she needed,because I can't use a computer. My loan officer Julie Burner was truly a blessing, she worked with me to figure out my budget and find a loan that was appropriate for me. She was very knowledgeable, kind, sincere and very down to earth. Julie worked through thick and thin to make sure everything went through on time for my settlement date. The underwriters at Guild that worked with Julie were also fantastic and worked just as hard as she did to make sure everything went well. I am genuinely grateful for all of them and would 10000% recommend to anyone who's interested in a home purchase. Thank you all very much for the wonderful pleasure of working with you all!
