Please contact a Member Service Representative at 800-240-4364 during normal business hours should you need assistance. Please do not contact us via direct message or messenger with account related questions. Posted content, including links, comments, photos and videos does not necessarily represent the views of AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union. We encourage all of our followers and fans to interact with us on our social media pages and ask that it be done in a respectful manner. AmeriChoice FCU does not agree with or endorse every comment on our social media sites and we reserve the right to remove anything offensive or inappropriate on our page. Our goal is to share ideas and information with as many individuals as possible. Our policy is to allow as many comments as possible. A comment or post will be deleted if it contains any of the following:

• Account-related or personally-identifiable information including, but not limited to, account numbers, social security numbers, addresses, and phone numbers

• Defamation to a person, people or organization

• Identifying AmeriChoice FCU employees
• Other comments or posts that the AmeriChoice FCU social media team deems inappropriate. All links posted as comments or posts are reviewed and may be deleted without notice. Repeated violations of these community guidelines may cause the author to be blocked from any/all of social media profiles and pages. We understand that social media is an “always open” media, however, our team monitoring our pages may not see every inappropriate comment or post immediately. We are asking and trusting the maturity of our followers to ignore inappropriate comments or posts and not engage with negative behaviors.
