Some stories are just meant to be shared.

At Mauston Insurance, we always enjoy meeting our farmers where they’re at!whether that’s in the milk house, the shop, out in the field, or around the kitchen table.

Today, I had the privilege of sitting down with the Hohl family for our annual meeting. Going into it, I expected a typical review, but it turned into something more. Duane’s mom invited me to stay for lunch, and I gladly accepted. We shared a great meal and even better conversation about farming and life.

Moments like these are why I truly enjoy what I do. Farm insurance isn’t just about policies…it’s about people, relationships, and being part of a community. No two days are ever the same, and that’s what makes it so rewarding.

That’s over 12.5% of all successful accounts across three states. A big accomplishment for a small-town, local insurance agency.

Insurance doesn’t always happen behind a desk.

Today we were out taking photos for one of our insureds and Devan was able to take down a half-fallen gutter that needed attention. The insured had the ladder, Devan had the tools in his vehicle, and Darlene was able to snap this photo while we got it taken care of… so we made it happen.
It’s just a small example of what makes Mauston Insurance who we are: showing up, lending a hand, and making sure our clients are taken care of however we can.
Sometimes it only takes a few minutes of your time to help someone else, and that can make all the difference.
