We never make posts like this, but yesterday was an exceptionally busy day for us, and unfortunately, we were also short-staffed due to illness. We know that things may not have gone as smoothly or quickly as anyone would have liked, and we sincerely apologize to anyone who experienced longer wait times or less-than-ideal service.

Our team did the very best we could with the staff we had (they worked their bootys off), and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who came out, supported us, and showed us patience and understanding. Running a restaurant isn't always easy, especially on days like yesterday, but we truly appreciate our amazing customers and community. Small businesses depend greatly on our staff and unfortunately with life, limited staff in rural areas, illness, and brand new staff yesterday just wasnt our day. Many restaurants are facing the same challenges as us, so we ask that when you go out to eat, at any restaurant, you show some compassion for the restaurant and staff.

Thank you for continuing to support us, even when things don't go perfectly. Your patience and support mean more than you know!

With appreciation,
Your Hillsboro Brewing Co. Family 🍻

Anyway, GO PACK GO.
