Two days. One team. A clear road ahead.

This week the Aegis Administration team came together at Ameristar St. Charles for our quarterly planning meeting, where we looked honestly at where we've been, set our Rocks, and aligned on the goals that will move us (and our partners) forward over the next 90 days.

Some of us were in the room and some joined virtually, but every department had a seat at the table: operations, claims, compliance, product, client services, and leadership. We worked through the real stuff: what's working, what needs to get better, and who owns what next.

That's how we keep building a stronger administration platform: with clarity, accountability, and a team that shows up for each other and for the partners who trust us every day. 💙

Thank you to every single person who brought their ideas, honesty, and energy these past two days. The next 90 days are going to be good ones!

There are a lot of people behind the word “claims.”

Adjusters answering phones. Team members reviewing contracts and documentation. People talking with homeowners, repair facilities, technicians, dealers, and service providers. Managers helping solve the complicated ones. And an entire team working behind the scenes to keep each claim moving forward.

Today, we want to recognize all of them.

Our Home Claims team is led by Arielle Malone, and our Vehicle Service Contract Claims team is led by Paul Thompson. They bring experience, leadership, and accountability to two very different sides of our business, but they share one important responsibility: taking care of people when they actually need the protection we administer.

And they certainly don’t do it alone.

Behind Arielle and Paul is a claims team that brings knowledge, patience, persistence, and a whole lot of teamwork to work every day.

Claims aren’t always simple. Every situation is different. Every contract has terms that have to be reviewed. Every repair has its own circumstances. Doing this work well takes people who are willing to listen, dig in, communicate clearly, and find the right path forward.

Those are the people behind Aegis.

So this spotlight may have Arielle and Paul at the top, but it belongs to our entire Claims Team.

Today, we remember.

We remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families who were forever changed, and the brave first responders who ran toward danger when others were running away.

Twenty-five years later, their courage, sacrifice, and the way our country came together are still remembered.

We honor them today and always.

Today we celebrate the people behind the work. The technicians in the field, the teams behind the scenes, the partners we work alongside, and everyone who shows up every day to keep homes, businesses, and communities moving forward.

Great partnerships are built by great people, and we’re incredibly thankful for ours.

Spirit Week Days 2 & 3: COMFORT → CHAOS

Day 2 was PJ Day, which apparently meant business casual took the day off. Pajamas, slippers, questionable shorts… we were comfortable and productive.

Then Day 3 was Crazy Hair Day and things escalated QUICKLY. Wigs, pigtails, bows, curls, colors… some choices were made and we fully support them.

Three days into Spirit Week and our team is definitely committed to the assignment.

The work still gets done… we just might look a little questionable doing it this week. ❤️🤍💙

SPIRIT WEEK AT AEGIS IS UNDERWAY!!!

We spend a lot of time working hard, solving problems, supporting our partners and taking care of customers…so this week, we’re mixing in a little extra fun. 😎

We kicked off Aegis Spirit Week by repping our favorite sports teams, and as you can see, our crew definitely understood the assignment. 🏈⚾🏀🏒

There may already be a little trash talk happening around the office. 😂

Every day this week brings a new theme, a new contest and another chance for the team to win a prize…and, more importantly, bragging rights.

We’re proud of the work we do, but we’re even more proud of the people behind it. ❤️🤍💙
