For TWO YEARS, Lilly has been asking us to start dance… and today was finally her day in the spotlight, with little sissy Charlotte right there in tow. And just like that, another beautiful chapter in their sisterhood began. 🥹. I snapped these photos through the small window in the door since parents aren’t allowed in to class but I’m still “Papa creeper,” I couldn’t resist.

As I started doing Lilly’s hair in a braid fore class, she looked up at me very seriously and said, “No, Papa. I’m a ballerina. I need my hair up in a bun, please.”

Ohhhh, Papa is in TROUBLE. 😆🩰 Apparently we have a professional on our hands already!

My sweet girls, dance like nobody’s watching. Be loud in who you are. Express yourselves like the beautiful little artists you already are. Take up space, twirl until you’re dizzy, fall down, get back up, and never stop doing the things that make your hearts feel alive.

Today may have been their first dance lesson, but something tells me it’s the beginning of a journey we’ll remember for a lifetime.

Papa and Daddy will be right here for every plié, every recital, every costume, every backstage scramble, every proud tear… and every single twirl along the way. ❤️

Here’s to a lifetime of tiny dancing shoes, big dreams, sisterhood, and more beautiful memories than we can count.

Pride isn’t just a month or a parade. It’s a life lived authentically.

For us, it’s raising two little girls in a home filled with love, laughter, safety, and the freedom to be exactly who they are. Our greatest Pride celebration isn’t a single day. It’s every bedtime story, every family adventure, every hug, and every “I love you.”

If our daughters grow up knowing that love is limitless, kindness matters, and family is defined by love, not by expectations, then we’ve given them the greatest gift of all.

Every closing I’ve done, every family I’ve helped get their keys, I do it for my babies. Because being their Papa taught me what “home” actually means and most importantly how to fill it with love.

Humbled and beyond grateful to be recognized as a NAHREP Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originator Nationwide! 🏆

This honor means everything to me, not because of the ranking, but because of where it all began. From watching Nana make tortillas in the backyard to a scrawny kid in a Mariachi suit on stage with Linda Ronstadt, it’s been a wild ride. Those beginnings taught me the strongest work ethic, grit, the importance of family, and how to never give up. I carry all of that into every loan I close today.

It’s true…you gave me life, but the greatest gift you’ve given me, is the example of an incredibly selfless, courageous, and loving heart. That gift has carried me through every season of life, good amd bad, and I am endlessly grateful for the love, kindness, and quiet strength you’ve shown me my entire life.

Now that I’m a Papa, I tell my girls, “My heart is in your heart,” because I want them to feel the same unconditional love you gave to me. I hope they carry a piece of our family’s love with them wherever life takes them, just as I have carried yours with me every day.
