Buying a home is the biggest purchase a person will make in their life and I want to make sure my clients' experience through the entire transaction is one they will always remember. Not only is it a life changing event, but it can also be very stressful and scary. My goal is to make the process exciting and rewarding, the way I think it should be. I pride myself on not only completing your transa

ction quickly and professionally, but leaving you with the confidence and assurance to proudly refer my group and I to your friends and family. Outside of work you can find me spending a lot of time with friends and family, staying active and volunteering with a few different organizations.

Buying a home sometimes feels like everyone suddenly starts speaking a language you were never taught.

“Your file is in underwriting.”
“We’re waiting on the VOE.”
“You’re conditionally approved.”
“We just need to get you clear to close.”

…okay, but WHAT DOES THAT ACTUALLY MEAN?

Mortgage jargon can make an already big decision, feel way more complicated than it needs to be. So I’m translating some of the terms you’ll hear during the homebuying process into normal language.

Swipe through, and save this one for later!

Mortgages don’t have to be confusing. You just need someone willing to explain them.

August wasn’t just a good month, it was proof of what’s possible right now.

Four buyers. Four different price points.

One thing in common: they didn’t leave money on the table.

📍Chelan, WA — $45,000 in seller credit
📍Renton, WA — $38,360 in seller credit
📍Renton, WA — $22,500 in seller credit
📍Covington, WA — $25,666 in seller credit

Total: $131,526 in seller-paid closing costs + prepaids negotiated on their behalf.

That money didn’t disappear, it went straight into rate buydowns and lower monthly payments.

In this market, sellers are often willing to contribute more than buyers realize, and that credit can be the difference between a payment that feels tight and one that feels comfortable.

If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines waiting for “the right time”, this is it.

Let’s run your numbers and see what’s possible. 🏡

📍Chelan, WA — $45,000 in seller credit

📍Renton, WA — $38,360 in seller credit

Not every agent is the right fit for me.

And I’m okay with that.

The agents I love working with aren’t focused on getting buyers to spend the most they can qualify for.

They’re focused on helping buyers make smart financial decisions.

They understand that just because a buyer can qualify for a payment doesn’t mean they should be comfortable living with it.

Those are the agents who ask deeper questions.

✔️ What monthly payment feels right for this client?

✔️ What strategies can we use to improve affordability?

✔️ How do we help them achieve homeownership without sacrificing their financial goals?

Those conversations change everything.

When agents and lenders work together to create a strategy (not just a transaction) buyers feel more confident, more informed, and more excited about their decision.

That’s the kind of partnership I believe in.

Because homeownership isn’t about buying the most house.

It’s about creating a life you can enjoy after you get the keys.

If you’re an agent who leads with education, strategy, and long-term client success, I’d love to connect 🤍

If your goal is to buy a home, regardless of timeline, let’s talk strategy.

Most buyers don’t realize there are 5+ ways to structure the exact same mortgage.

The interest rate is only part of the story.

If you’re planning to buy in the next 12 months, follow along—I share the strategies most people never hear about until it’s too late.

Most homebuyers spend all their time worrying about mortgage rates.

Meanwhile, they’re missing the things that can have an even bigger impact on their homebuying experience.

A few examples:

🏡 The lowest rate isn’t always the best loan.

🏡 Being approved for a payment doesn’t mean you’ll enjoy making it.

🏡 Taxes, insurance, and HOA dues can matter more than a small rate difference.

🏡 Waiting for rates to fall doesn’t guarantee you’ll save money.

The mortgage world is full of advice that sounds good until you run the numbers.

That’s why I spend more time helping clients understand the whole picture instead of chasing headlines.

Which one surprised you the most?

05/27/2026

Everyone’s focused on the chaos.
The headlines. The oil prices. The uncertainty.

But markets like this? They create opportunity.

The buyers who stay patient, stay strategic, and don’t let fear make decisions are the ones who usually win long term.

Real estate has never rewarded people for waiting on “perfect.” It rewards people who are willing to move when everyone else is frozen. 👏

If you can work through the market instead of running from it, there’s still a lot of opportunity out there.
