radius is looking for an experienced Post-Closing Coordinator to join our growing Operations Team. In this role, you'll help ensure closed loans are accurately reviewed, compliant, and delivered on time, playing a key part in the loan process from post-closing through purchase.

What you'll do:
• Manage loan files from post-closing through purchase
• Audit underwriting packages to ensure accuracy and data integrity
• Verify compliance with all federal and applicable state regulations
• Collect outstanding pre-purchase conditions
• Communicate with customers regarding loan servicing
• Meet loan delivery deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy

What we're looking for:
• 3–5 years of residential mortgage lending experience required
