Several teammates from across all Americollect IT departments came together to enjoy a break filled with laughter, connection, and a little friendly competition.

Croissant sandwiches fueled the fun, while lawn games like disc golf, bean bag toss, and a spirited round of ninja brought everyone together for team bonding.

Nothing beats great company, good food, and a few games to recharge and reconnect!

Congratulations to our teammate Zach Luedtke who passed the exam and earned the ITIL Certification! ITIL stands for the IT Infrastructure Library, an internationally accepted IT service delivery framework. The ITIL recommends best practices for IT service management (ITSM) to support the standardization of various processes and stages in the IT lifecycle. Great work, Zach!
