A little change to how we handle change! 💰

As we all know, the days of the penny are numbered. With that in mind, we're making a small update to how we accept cash payments in our offices.

Moving forward, cash payments will require exact change, or your payment will be rounded UP to the next whole dollar.

Any amount paid over your balance will simply be credited toward your next month's bill.

We appreciate your understanding as we make this cents-ible change! 😉

We have posted about some recent cosmetic updates to our offices, but those aren't the only changes happening...

We are very excited to celebrate three well-deserved promotions within our team!

Jenn in our Cedar Grove office has been named our Service Lead. In her new role, Jenn will help bring a unified approach to how our Cedar Grove & Manitowoc offices manage day-to-day business, while creating strong, consistent processes that help our entire team better serve our customers.

Sarah in our Manitowoc office has been named our Sales Lead. We’re excited to see her help lead our sales team, share best practices across both offices, and continue building a strong, consistent approach to helping our customers protect what matters most.

Last, but certainly not least, Teri has been named our Agency Manager. Teri handles everything behind the scenes & keeps both our offices running smoothly. She will also handle special projects to improve office function.

We had an exciting afternoon on Wednesday in Cedar Grove! A special thank you to the Cedar Grove Fire Department and First Responders who worked quickly to get our office & our neighbors safely evacuated when the gas line was hit. We are so grateful we can count on our emergency responders to keep us safe!

Happy to say that everything is fixed & we are back to business as normal!

***UPDATE 2 - S Main St closed just North of Center Ave to South driveway of First Reformed Church as they continue to work to repair the gas line***

*UPDATE - Road still closed but can return to residences by foot*

*EVACUATION - Gas line hit*

Our Cedar Grove office got some love, too!

Fresh artwork, new furniture, and a few updated touches have completely transformed the space — and we are LOVING how it all came together!

And in the (hopefully 🤞) not-so-distant future, we’ll even have a brand-new road out front for you all to come park on! 😜

🥁 Drumroll please... the Manitowoc office refresh is COMPLETE! 🥁

We are absolutely blown away — it feels like a completely different space!

A fresh look, some new pieces, and a whole lot of manual labor (thanks again Helper Hansen LLC!) went into making our office feel more welcoming & modern.
