ESMBA is a group of mortgage banking businesses in New York State, whose
members handle tens of tho This is also true of New York’s mortgage bankers.

Today, mortgage bankers account for a significant portion of the residential mortgage loan originations nationally. The Empire State Mortgage Bankers Association (ESMBA) provides education to its members and supports enhancing property ownership opportunities within our communities. We promote ethical business practices in the spirit of cooperation and healthy competition. Our members consist of educated & licensed professionals from banks, credit unions, independent mortgage firms and affiliate members from organizations that serve the mortgage industry.
