Our role is to provide objective, transparent, creative approaches to network and benefit design. We dig deep to unlock saving using transparent provider contracting methodology — Smarter Networks℠ — and sophisticated data mining and custom analytics. Every employer is unique,so we craft custom health plans that fit their needs. As a not-for-profit cooperative for over 30 years, we are employer-ow

ned and share a fiduciary responsibility to protect their interests. Our goal is to give employers the control they seek — improving access, quality of care and reducing costs — and to give brokers a partner they can trust. We are a member cooperative of more than 275 self-funded employers and insurance trusts covering more than 125,000 individuals.
