We got notice that Jarod had forwarded the loan package for approval about a week before settlement despite my having provided all requested information several weeks before. We received approval to go to settlement on the day before settlement, and it was a very tense week for us. This might be totally off base because we received many automatically generated emails tracking the loan application process, and it may well have been Jarod had forwarded the documents much earlier than the system reflected in its email to us. Regardless of the last minute approval and associated angst, it was a pleasure dealing the Jarod.
