This lot is being cleared as apart of an 11-home infill development as part of a $2.5 million Affordable Housing Fund investment bringing fresh, high-quality homes to the neighborhood.
The Investment Group Development is now moving into Phase 2, with two homes already completed and four more breaking ground soon along Plant St.
These homes are designed for families earning up to 120% of Area Median Income and will include Down Payment Assistance, making homeownership more accessible.
