🚨 45 DAYS UNTIL MEDICARE ANNUAL ENROLLMENT! 🚨
We know October 15 feels like it’s still a little ways away… but Medicare season has a way of sneaking up on you!
Medicare Annual Enrollment Period runs October 15–December 7, and it’s the time of year to review your Medicare coverage for 2027.
For those with a Medicare Advantage plan, this is especially important. Your plan may have changes coming for the new year — including changes to costs, benefits, networks, prescriptions and more.
But here’s something important:
👉 Reviewing your plan does NOT mean you have to change it.
If you’re happy with your current Medicare Advantage plan, your doctors are in-network, your prescriptions are covered, and the plan still meets your needs and budget, staying right where you are may be the right choice! ❤️
The goal isn’t to change your plan just for the sake of changing it. The goal is to make sure you understand what you have and that it still works for you in 2027.
📋 Your first AEP checklist:
☑️ Find your Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) when it arrives
☑️ Review what’s changing with your current plan
☑️ Make sure your doctors and specialists are still in-network
☑️ Review your prescriptions and pharmacy
☑️ Look at changes to copays, benefits and out-of-pocket costs
☑️ Decide whether your current plan still fits your needs
If it does — great! No change may be necessary.
If it doesn’t — that’s when it’s time to look at your options.
The Medicare landscape changes every year, and 2027 is bringing some important changes. We’ll be sharing Medicare tips every week between now and December 7 to help you prepare.
📅 45 DAYS TO AEP!
Follow along, get your paperwork together, and most importantly — don’t assume you need to change, but don’t assume you shouldn’t review either. 💙
