Last night, I had the opportunity to attend National Night Out with my grands & Team Tyler, and it felt so good to be back out and engaged in the community.

After the recent tornadoes that impacted several of our surrounding communities, I had a heartfelt conversation with one of the families affected. Moments like that remind me why I love what I do and why I want to be better positioned to help families prepare before life happens.

Too often, I can focus on what is not going well and lose sight of the opportunities God is still placing before me. Last night was a reminder to look up, reconnect, listen, and serve.

It has been a while, but it felt good to be present in the community again—especially with my grands by my side.

❤️ We’re Back in the Office.

As we reopen our office today, I’ve been reflecting on the past couple of days.

While our agency experienced only minimal impact from the storms, many families and businesses across our community are facing a much different reality. We continue to keep everyone affected in our prayers, asking God to bring strength, comfort, and restoration in the days ahead.

I’m especially grateful for my incredible team. Without hesitation, they pivoted to working virtually so we could continue serving our clients without interruption. Their willingness to adapt and serve, even while navigating the uncertainty themselves, is a true reflection of who they are. I’m so thankful for each of them.

Storms have a way of reminding us what matters most. They also remind us that preparation isn’t about expecting the worst—it’s about being ready to protect what you’ve worked so hard to build.
