Miranda Ronke-Czarniecki has worked in the mortgage industry for over 25 years and joined Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation as Branch Manager in 2024. Prior to joining Fairway, Miranda worked as a Branch Manager at Norcom Mortgage as a SVP Regional Manager in the Northern Connecticut and Western Massachusetts areas. Her skills in leadership, problem solving and effective communication with her clients are just a few of her biggest strengths.
