Without a doubt, Josh was the most professional, courteous, and organized mortgage professional we have ever dealt with. In the future, for any additional mortgage needs- I will only use Josh. He and his team are simply a cut above everyone else. This is the first time we've been AHEAD of schedule on every single thing in the process. In every other closing we've been apart of, there has always been some last minute thing that caused some stress. Not with Josh. Everything was taken care of well in advance and we walked into closing with the most peace we've ever had. Amazing.

Any time there was new paperwork to sign, I was prompty notified. Even the day before closing Jeff reached out to me and gave a full run down of my files and helped explain where all the values came from.

the Envoy app was super nice aswell. Simple to use and help speed up the process of getting a loan.
