If you know a family with a loved one on the autism spectrum, you know how overwhelming a diagnosis can feel — but it's also powerful for them to see that a diagnosis isn't the end. This week Jim dropped Episode 85 of his podcast, featuring a nonprofit called Spectrum of Light, founded by a teen with autism and now with chapters in high schools and colleges across the country. It's a reminder to see the ABILITY, not the disability.
