Imagine finding out a loan had been suspended while 30,000 feet in the air, fully expecting a clear to close!?! From there, an entire trip turned into researching guidelines, making calls, escalating issues, reworking financing, recalculating numbers, dealing with seller credit complications, repricing, timeline delays and ultimately figuring out how to get it CLOSED!

We represented this buyer on both the real estate and mortgage side, which meant we had to see the transaction from every angle and stay strategic the entire way through.
