If you want a job where you can show up, sit at a desk, scroll your phone, do the bare minimum and collect a paycheck — this may not be a good fit!
If you want to work 9–5, come to work at 9, actually work while you’re there, and go home at 5 feeling like you accomplished something — keep reading.
We are an elite, high-performing insurance agency, and those aren’t buzzwords we throw around in job postings.

And yes, there will be days when you are BUSY.

You do not need insurance experience. I can teach you insurance.
What I’m looking for is much harder to teach:
• You have a strong work ethic.
• You show up on time.
• You don’t need someone constantly checking whether you’re working.
• You can take feedback without falling apart.
• You can handle being held accountable.
• You don’t say “that’s not my job” when something needs to get done.
• You can communicate like an adult.
• You know the difference between there, their and they’re.
• You understand that your and you’re are also two different words.
• You know how to properly use to, too and two.
• You put the toilet paper roll on the correct way. Yes, there is a correct way.
• And ideally, you possess enough common sense that I don’t have to create a policy for every possible scenario.
In return, you get to work for an agency that is serious about winning, serious about developing people, and serious about creating opportunities for the people who help us succeed.
