I had the chance to go back to my alma mater last week for Career Day sponsored byDetroit Renaissance High School Alumni Association and I’m not gonna lie… this one was special ♥️🤍

We talked about real-life stuff — how to introduce yourself 🎤, how to build connections 🤝, and how opportunities actually happen (hint: it’s not just filling out applications 👀📄)

They built elevator pitches, started mapping their networks 🧠, and stepped out of their comfort zones — and that’s where growth happens 💯

Being able to pour into students is a full circle moment! ✨ The future is in good hands! 🙌
