One of the most impactful moments in this episode was hearing Ann Shilling explain the true role of a CASA volunteer.

A CASA is appointed by a judge to help investigate and advocate for the best interest of a child during difficult family and court situations. They speak with everyone involved, gather information, and provide the court with insight focused entirely on the child’s well-being.

For many children, a CASA becomes the one consistent person in their life during uncertain times. ❤️

Kelly Bonnell and Ann share powerful stories, the history of CASA in Park County, and why this mission continues to change lives today.

🎙️ **New Episode of Built in the WEST: The Podcast**

We had the honor of sitting down with **Ashley Milsop**, Client Service Coordinator with **REO Montana — Rural Employment Opportunities**.

This episode is packed with information that many Montana families, farm and ranch workers, students, and rural communities may not even know is available.

REO Montana helps eligible people connected to agriculture access support for things like:

✅ CDL training
✅ Welding supplies and tools
✅ Work boots and job clothing
✅ Scrubs and healthcare training needs
✅ Tuition assistance
✅ Textbooks and certifications
✅ Career training and employment support
✅ Resources to help people move toward better jobs and long-term stability

Ashley shared how REO Montana works to remove barriers between hard-working people and good employment, better pay, and more consistent opportunities — especially in farm, ranch, and rural communities where work can be seasonal and challenging.

What we loved most about this conversation is that REO Montana is not just about jobs. It is about helping people build a future, helping families stay strong, helping rural communities grow, and giving Montanans another resource when they are ready to take the next step.

If you work in agriculture, come from a farm or ranch background, have a family member connected to ag work, or know someone who needs help with training, tools, education, or career support, this episode is worth listening to.

A huge thank you to **Ashley Milsop** for joining Kelly Bonnell on **Built in the WEST: The Podcast** and for sharing the heart behind REO Montana.

✨ There’s something special about Livingston, Montana. ✨

Maybe it’s the way the sun rises over the Absaroka Mountains. Maybe it’s the Yellowstone River winding through town. Maybe it’s the historic downtown filled with local shops, restaurants, artists, and small businesses that still believe in a handshake and a friendly smile.

Livingston is more than a destination—it’s a way of life.

Here, you'll find fly fishermen casting into world-class waters, ranchers working the land, entrepreneurs building dreams, and neighbors who still wave as they pass by. Just minutes from Yellowstone National Park and nestled at the gateway to Paradise Valley, Livingston offers some of the most breathtaking scenery in the American West.

From vibrant summer festivals and outdoor adventures to quiet evenings watching the mountains turn gold at sunset, Livingston is a place where history, community, and opportunity come together.

Whether you're visiting for the first time or have called Livingston home for generations, there’s a reason so many people fall in love with this remarkable Montana town.

❤️ We call it home.
