Applications Open June 8

✨ Eligible buyers may receive up to $70,000 in assistance toward their home purchase.

💡 How does it work?
The assistance amount is based on your eligibility, income, and the needs of your transaction — it is not a flat $70,000 for everyone.

In most cases, assistance is also capped as a percentage of the home purchase price (often up to around 25%), along with other program limits and guidelines.

Funds may help with:

Another family is officially CLEAR TO CLOSE 🎉🏡

Our borrower came to us after being told that the financing program she originally qualified for was no longer going to work. Not the news you want to hear when you are less than 12 days away from your closing. Understandably, it was stressful, emotional, and time-sensitive.

We received the file on May 6th, got to work immediately, explored the best options for her situation, and today we are officially clear to close 🙌

Not only were we able to keep everything moving so she can close on time, but we were also able to secure a LOWER interest rate in the process 👏

Now she and her family get to move into their beautiful new home just in time to enjoy the warm weather ahead ☀️🏡

Huge thank you to everyone involved for trusting us and working together to make this happen. These are the moments that remind us why teamwork, communication, and having the right people in your corner matter so much.

🚨 It’s That Time of Year Again… TAX BILL SEASON 🚨 If your mortgage payment includes escrow (taxes & insurance rolled into your monthly payment):

👉 YES — your property taxes are already being paid by your lender.
👉 YES — you will still receive a tax bill in the mail.

This is completely normal.

📬 Why did you get a bill?
Because the county always sends a copy to the homeowner — even when it’s being paid through your mortgage.

📌 What should you do with it?
✔️ Keep it for your records
✔️ Compare it if you’d like
✔️ File it away (or shred it — your choice!)

🚫 What you DON’T need to do:
Do NOT pay it again if you have an escrow account.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! 🚀
When they say it can’t be done, we say “Watch us.”
On Monday, April 27th, we took another rescue application for a borrower who was stuck in a loop with another lender. They were getting the runaround and being asked for documents that weren’t even necessary.
Fast forward to TODAY, April 30th—we are officially CLEAR TO CLOSE! 🥂
In just 72 hours, we took this deal from “stuck” to “sold.” We are beyond thrilled for our client and so grateful for the trust the partners put in us to get this across the finish line.
I couldn’t do this without my incredible support team at loanDepot. We don’t just process loans; we rescue dreams. 🏠💨

We structured this rescue deal as a DSCR loan, an incredible product for investment properties that does not require income documentation and keeps the process simple and efficient.
