As a former investment advisor, I analyze each borrower’s overall financial picture, time horizon, and income level, which allows me to recommend the most suitable mortgage products available. I understand the diverse requirements of a range of home loans, including conventional, jumbo, renovation, FHA, VA, and niche programs. Much of my success comes from identifying possibilities and being a student of lending guidelines. In many instances, my knowledge and experience make it possible for me to close a loan that another lender couldn’t. This creates more opportunities for my clients and their real estate agents. I’m a Massachusetts native and graduated from University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where I studied finance and economics.
