⚠️ Fraud Alert for LCCU Members ⚠️

We’ve been made aware that scammers are once again spoofing Lewis Clark Credit Union’s phone number. This means a call may appear on your caller ID as if it’s coming from LCCU—even when it isn’t.

Fraudsters may impersonate LCCU or our fraud department and try to create a sense of urgency to get you to provide personal, card, or account information.

🚨 What to watch for:

Calls claiming there is a suspicious or large purchase on your account
Claims that your Apple account or another account has been hacked
Urgent requests to provide card or account information to “stop” a transaction
Requests for online banking credentials or verification codes
Caller ID that appears to show LCCU’s phone number

👉 Important Reminder:
LCCU will NEVER call you and ask for sensitive information such as your full account number, online banking credentials, PIN, or verification codes.

💡 If you receive a suspicious call:

Hang up
Do NOT share personal or financial information
Do not trust caller ID alone
Call LCCU directly using a phone number you know is legitimate

Even if the caller ID says LCCU, if something doesn’t feel right, hang up and call us directly.

Please share this information with friends and family—especially anyone who may not be familiar with phone number spoofing. Staying informed is one of the best ways to help prevent fraud.
