🎉 Happy 39th Workiversary, Dave! 🎉

Today we're celebrating an incredible milestone: 39 years with Troy Insurance!

To honor Dave, the team decided there was only one way to celebrate properly... we became Dave. 😎

That meant:
✔️ Plaid shirts and flannels
✔️ University of Idaho Vandals gear
✔️ Boots and Romeos
✔️ Glasses and fake mustaches
✔️ A table full of his favorite snacks and drinks..and conveniently, Dave arrived today wearing a plaid U of I shirt, glasses and boots, even though he didn't get the dress code specific memo today 🤣

For nearly four decades, Dave has led with dedication, integrity, hard work, and a great sense of humor. We're grateful for the impact he's had on our agency, our clients, and each member of our team.

Thank you, Dave, for 39 amazing years of service and leadership. We hope you enjoyed spending the day surrounded by your favorite things... and a whole pile of Daves! 😂

We celebrated Dolly Parton by showing off all the styles that make her iconic, from glam and glitter to bright colors and classic Dolly fashion. Thanks for the inspiration, Dolly... and for reminding us that confidence is always in style!

Did you know a 1,650-pound bag of mini potatoes doesn't package itself? 😊

Yesterday, Gabby and Jen joined several volunteers at the Idaho Foodbank, where they spent two hours hand-packing mini potatoes into 5-pound bags for distribution to families in need. It was hard work, but incredibly rewarding knowing those bags will soon be helping people throughout our community.

At Troy Insurance, community involvement is one of our core values. We believe the strongest communities are built when people step up, get involved, and support one another. That's why we love opportunities like this to serve alongside our neighbors and local organizations.

If you've been thinking about volunteering, consider spending a few hours at the Idaho Foodbank. The work is meaningful, the need is real, and you'll leave knowing you helped make a difference.

🎂 Happy Birthday to our very own Workers' Comp Wizard, commercial insurance guru, and unofficial "Do It Lady" ambassador, Chris! 🎂

Ever since Chris casually suggested everyone should wear matching "Do It Lady" shirts, we've been wondering if that was a joke or his actual strategic vision for the agency. 🤔😂 We decided his birthday was the perfect time to turn the idea into action!

In the time he's been with Troy Insurance, Chris has made a tremendous impact through his expertise, leadership, and commitment to our clients. Since stepping into agency ownership earlier this year, he's continued to help drive our success while keeping things fun along the way.

While he's away enjoying a well-earned adventure, we're celebrating the guy who keeps Troy Insurance running with equal parts leadership, optimism, and just the right amount of stubborn determination.

For decades, Dave has been helping clients navigate life's uncertainties while somehow managing to remember everyone's name, ask how their family is doing, and keep our team pointed in the right direction.

Today, we hope he's trading insurance questions for wildlife sightings, office emails for scenic views, and policy reviews for a slice of birthday cake.

We celebrated today the best way we know how: with his favorite huckleberry ice cream! 🍦 (And since one birthday treat just wasn't enough, we also made sure he got to enjoy some amazing queso dip last week, too! 🧀😄)

Tomorrow marks Mike MacDowell's 22nd anniversary with Troy Insurance!

As a health producer and agency co-owner since 2004, Mike has spent more than two decades helping clients navigate group health insurance and employee benefits. His extensive industry knowledge and willingness to support both clients and coworkers make him an invaluable part of our team.

Mike may not love having his picture taken, but his impact on our agency certainly deserves recognition.

July has been full of celebrations around our office, and we wouldn't have it any other way! Between birthdays, work anniversaries, and plenty of reasons to recognize our amazing team, we've been celebrating all month long. Today, it was Hailey's turn! 🎈

We celebrated with Costco pizza, birthday fun, and a desk decorated to match her bubbly personality.

As one of our Commercial CSAs, Hailey brings so much more than positive energy to the office. Hailey is fierce when it comes to taking care of her clients and approaches every interaction with dedication, integrity, and professionalism. We're lucky to have her on our team and grateful for everything she does.
