Carrie joins us with 16 years of experience and a lifelong connection to agriculture and community service. She’s Idaho-born, University of Idaho–educated, and has gathered wisdom from living in several states — all of which shape the thoughtful, relationship-centered approach she brings to her work.

One of the biggest reasons Carrie was excited to join Troy Insurance is our commitment to supporting local communities and the agriculture industry — two things that matter deeply to her both personally and professionally. That alignment made joining our team feel like the perfect fit.

When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find her cheering on her teens at games and recitals, digging into her garden, or relaxing with a great book.

We got to celebrate our very own sunshine, Gabby, with some early birthday cheesecake last week. She’s the one always lifting us up, organizing the celebrations, and making our office feel like family — so celebrating her felt extra special. 🎂 Gabby is the crop queen and takes her role seriously, protecting our farmers and their livelihoods with so much dedication.

As our new Administrative Assistant, Leah brings over 10 years of experience in the medical field, where she worked closely with providers, pharmacies, nurses, and patients. Her background has made her incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer service.

We’re excited to officially welcome Elizabeth (Liz) to our agency as our new Administrative Assistant, based out of our Moscow office!
If you haven’t met her yet, you likely will soon—you’ll be hearing her friendly voice on the phone as she helps keep everything running smoothly.

Elizabeth brings with her many years of experience working in a jail setting as a deputy. After dedicating herself to that demanding role, she was ready for a positive change and was seeking a workplace that is family-oriented and uplifting. We’re honored that our agency’s reputation for a supportive, positive environment drew her to us!

For those of you who have Safeco Insurance: While the Safeco name is being retired, nothing about your coverage, policy number, premium, discounts, or your relationship with us as your independent agent is changing. You’ll simply start seeing the Liberty Mutual name and logo on future documents.

Liberty Mutual acquired Safeco back in 2008, and this move brings everything under one strong, nationally recognized brand. We are here to answer any questions and make this transition smooth. Same agent, same service — just a new name. ❤️
