I had the honor of receiving an award from the one and only Dr. Barker, Founder of Seniors on Hold at a phenomenal luncheon.

The room was full of pastors, doctors, bankers, political leaders, educators, business owners, community advocates, law enforcement, and so many movers and shakers who are truly making a difference in our community. To be recognized among them was truly humbling.

Afterward, I sat in my car, and tears just rolled down my cheeks. I thought about where I came from, everything I've been through, and where God has brought me today. I'm so grateful.

There are parts of my journey that words could never fully explain, but God knows every chapter. He has been better to me than I deserve.

Dr. Barker, you have such a beautiful gift for making people feel seen, valued, and appreciated. You recognize community leaders in a way like no other!Thank you for being the powerful, anointed woman of God you are. You deserve all of your flowers 💐
Thank you for honoring the work and hearts of those around you.
I am deeply grateful to have been one of them.

Serving others, especially seniors is close to my heart, and this recognition encourages me to keep going. I don't take these moments for granted.
May God continue to bless you Dr. Barker and the rest of us as well. 🙌🏽💕

I knew I wanted to help people with insurance. I believe in the value of protecting yourself and your loved ones with insurance during life and after. I didn’t realize that I would become an entrepreneur in the process. Business has been challenging for me. It’s way more intricate than I ever imagined! I love helping people, but the back-office requirements that come with running a business has literally gotten the best of me at times, to the point I’ve considered giving up.
But then, I walk into a grocery store and my son pulls a cart with MY advertisement on it…
The excitement and admiration he shows, makes every bit of the challenging times I experience as a health and life insurance broker/agency owner, SO WORTH IT❣️
