💙 A bittersweet Friday as we say “see you later” to one of our own!

Today is Megan’s last day as a member of Nuvo Health’s Service Excellence Team, and while we’re sad to see her go, we’re SO excited about the reason behind her next chapter—she’s growing a baby! 👶🍼

Megan has decided to step away from work and focus on herself and her growing family during her pregnancy. We’re grateful for everything she has contributed to our team and wish her nothing but happiness as she prepares for this exciting new adventure.

And we’ll never forget how she shared the big news! Megan surprised our COO, Karissa, by leaving her positive pregnancy test and ultrasound on Karissa’s desk. If you know Karissa, you know how much she LOVES babies—so you can imagine the excitement when she realized what she was looking at!

Agent Gwendolyn Blanton even stopped by today with a gift to wish Megan well and help make her last day extra special.

Of course, we couldn’t let Megan leave without a proper Nuvo send-off! During our Friday team meeting, Operations Manager Lorena Salcido put together a yummy breakfast so the whole team could gather, celebrate Megan, and send her off in style.

💐 Megan, thank you for being part of the Nuvo Health family. We’ll miss seeing you at the office, but we couldn’t be happier for you and this exciting chapter ahead. We’re wishing you and your growing family all the very best! 💙

Great partnerships start with great conversations—and sometimes, a little birthday celebration! 🥳

Calvin Bagley, Founder & President, Jeremy Weiser, CEO, and Karissa Bagley, COO, had a fantastic lunch with our friends at P3 Health Partners! 🤝

We were joined by Dr. Jeff Wagner, Regional VP of Medical Affairs; Shelly Martin, RedRock Regional Market President; Katarina Bussmann, Strategic Communications Specialist; and Jacqueline Duran, Regional Director of Clinic Operations.

Of course, there was plenty of “work talk” about partnering to help more people. ❤️
But we also talked about our families, traveling, Broadway shows, golf, and everything in between!

And then came the icing on the cake…
It was Kat’s birthday!

She had planned to take the day off, but when this was one of the only days we could make lunch happen, she graciously decided to spend part of her birthday with us. We love Kat—and because we know her well, we also know she’s a really, really good golfer!⛳

So naturally, we had to give her a birthday gift that matched her game: Nuvo-branded golf balls! 🏌️‍♀️🎁

With Lorena Salcido, our Operations Manager, out of the office, our COO, Karissa Bagley, stepped in to lead our weekly team meeting.

But Karissa has a little history of making team meetings more interesting…

About a year ago, she led the team to grab smoothies during our meeting. So this time, Karissa decided to send Lorena a photo and tell her that she had closed the office and taken some of the team to breakfast. 🍳☕

Lorena was gracious about it… But when we finally told her we were joking, she was definitely RELIEVED!

Sometimes you just have to keep your coworkers on their toes! 😉
