🎲 At Nuvo Health, our Operations Team keeps us moving around the board—and trust us, this company would be a very different game without them!

Karissa Bagley, COO, and Lorena Salcido, Operations Manager, recently surprised our Operations Team with a Monopoly game (plus expansion packs to make the game move a little faster… because Operations knows better than anyone that nobody has time for unnecessary delays 😂).

Our Operations Team includes the incredible people in the Accounting Department, Human Resources, Administrative Professionals, Contracting, Compliance, and our Service Excellence Team (SET). Our CEO, Jeremy Weiser, was also gifted a game set because Jeremy is the BEST leader for all of us! (We didn't get photos of everyone, because our team is BUSY right now... but they are all loved so much!)

The meaning behind the gift was simple: We couldn’t even play the game without them.

They keep things moving, solve problems, support our brokers and agents, take care of a million details behind the scenes, and make sure our teams have what they need to serve the people who count on us.

They are absolutely the MVPs who keep the whole board moving. ❤️

Today, GA Sheryl Epps and her team spent time training with Nuvo Health CEO Jeremy Weiser as they gear up for AEP.

Sheryl has been in the Medicare insurance industry for years and has built an incredible reputation and a strong agency, with brokers on her team in Las Vegas, Reno, and California. Some joined us in person for training (and Cafe Rio!), while others Zoomed in from afar.

That’s one of the things we love about this business: great teams don’t have to be in the same room—or even the same state—to learn, grow, and win together.

Our Operations Team recently came together from across the country, with team members gathering in our various offices and joining by Zoom from home. The room—both real and virtual—was filled with members of our Service Excellence Team (SET), Human Resources, Accounting, Marketing, Compliance, Contracting, and more.

These are the people who quite literally help keep Nuvo Health running smoothly every day so our agents and brokers have the support they need to succeed.

President and Founder Calvin Bagley shared an update on the State of Medicare and what we’re seeing across our industry.

CEO Jeremy Weiser dug into the numbers—how we’ve performed month by month and quarter by quarter this year, and what we’re preparing for as we head into our upcoming busy season.

COO Karissa Bagley talked processes, marketing, and compliance, while Operations Manager Lorena Salcido shared how in-depth training helps make sure our team members are prepared to support agents and brokers across the country.

But maybe the most important part of the day was simply saying a BIG, well-deserved thank you.

Because this team is already working REALLY, REALLY hard to get everything ready for busy season. And busy season doesn’t exactly believe in knocking politely before it arrives. 😄

To top it all off, each team member received a special Nuvo Health pullover celebrating 15 years since our company began.

Fifteen years. One incredible team. And a whole lot of work happening behind the scenes to help our agents and brokers do what they do best.

AEP is almost here—which means Medicare busy season is about to get really busy. And our brokers are getting ready to hit the ground running. 💪

A few times each year, we bring together brokers from our nationwide network for big training sessions, strategy conversations, and a chance to learn from one another. Some join us in person, while others tune in from across the country on Zoom.

Yesterday was our Broker AEP Kickoff, hosted by Broker Relationship Manager John Schenk—and there was plenty to dig into.

Calvin Bagley, Founder and President, shared his perspective on the state of Medicare and what brokers should be watching as we head into AEP.

Jeremy Weiser went deep into the numbers and training—because in Medicare, the details aren't just details. They're kind of the whole deal.

Our COO, Karissa Bagley, had a family conflict come up, so John stepped in to cover compliance and marketing using Karissa's slides. That's what a strong team does.

But the real story is our brokers.

We have hundreds of brokers across the country, and we're incredibly proud of the work they do. They show up, keep learning, stay sharp, and help people navigate Medicare every single day.

We have an outstanding team of brokers, and we're fired up to support them as they head into another AEP ready to make a difference.

They were coming back to the office for Jessica.

When the Chick-fil-A breakfast arrives and nobody even turns around… you know the team is BUSY. 😂🥪

Our CEO, Jeremy Weiser, brought breakfast into the office for our Service Excellence Team as a small thank-you for the incredible effort they’ve been putting in lately.

And we mean effort literally. They’ve been coming in early, staying late, returning calls from people with Medicare questions, and supporting the agents and brokers who are helping answer those questions every day.

So Jeremy walked in with breakfast…and everyone kept talking on the phone.

Nobody turned around. Nobody jumped up for food. They just kept helping the people on the other end of the line.

Jeremy laughed and said he guessed he should be glad they’d rather help people than get off the phones for Chick-fil-A. 😂

Eventually, one by one, everyone made their way over to the food table and grabbed some breakfast.

It was a funny little moment, but it also says a lot about our team—and about Jeremy. We have people who genuinely care about being there when others need them, and a CEO who notices the long hours, appreciates the dedication, and makes sure his team knows it.

That’s a pretty special combination.
