Short answer: Yes—and you should be named Additional Insured.
A COI shows your tenant has liability coverage. But being Additional Insured is what protects you, ensuring their policy responds first if a claim arises from their operations—not yours.
Why it matters:

Preserves your insurance limits
Reduces your exposure to claims
Strengthens your overall risk strategy

One missing COI—or one tenant without proper wording—can create a costly gap.

⛳️ A great day on the course for a great cause!

The 16th Annual Messiah University Falcon Athletic Network (FAN) Golf Classic took place on June 1, 2026, at Range End Golf Club in Dillsburg, PA. The event brought together corporate and individual foursomes, along with local business sponsors, to raise funds supporting Messiah University’s student-athletes, coaches, and athletic facilities.

Horst Insurance’s Peter Crowe, Commercial Account Executive, enjoyed the day alongside Kathie Shafer and Deryl Stoltzfus.
