Sean Kelleher State Farm is growing and looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our Lancaster team.
If you're fluent in both Spanish and English and enjoy building relationships, helping customers, and growing your career, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
• Connect with prospective and existing customers
• Discuss Auto, Home, and Life insurance options
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience
What We're Looking For:
• Spanish bilingual (required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, coachable attitude
• Active Property & Casualty license, or willingness to obtain one
• Comfortable learning new technology and working within a structured sales environment
