In 1931 a group of eight individuals from the National Federation of Federal Employees submitted a Certificate of Organization to the state requesting the formation of the Denver Credit Union. Throughout the years many things have changed: we’ve grown in size, expanded our membership eligibility and have offered extended services. The one thing that hasn’t changed is how much we value you, our mem

ber owners. Credit unions are unique financial businesses because profits are returned to the members they serve. This week, Credit Union of Denver had the opportunity to participate in three amazing back-to-school events with CCD, CCU, and UCD, connecting with students, families, and community members as they prepare for a successful school year.

These events were about more than school supplies. They were a chance to share the benefits of credit union membership, including personalized service, financial education, affordable products, and a commitment to putting people before profits.

We are proud to support our local schools and help students build a strong financial foundation for the future. Thank you to Community College of Denver (CCD), Colorado Christian University (CCU), and University of Colorado Denver (UCD) for allowing us to be part of these wonderful events.
