Eric and Katrina’s journey from Texas to Colorado started last fall, and finding the right home while navigating a move, a new job, and selling their current home was no small task!

Meet Dobby! 🐕‍🦺🐾

Dobby is from Magens Bay Beach in St Thomas USVI and she has two awesome parents, Allie and Liza! She loves hot dogs, her cat sister’s ( AJ ) food, and anything crunchy (bell peppers are a fav). 😜 She is such a sweet girl!

Dobby is a professional squirrel and critters chaser, nothing is getting past her in the yard, and she always down for relaxing and basking in the sun ( I knew Dobby and I had a connection ☀️), and cobbing on tiny toys!

The best thing about her is her love for her cat sister, AJ, and her famous ears!

Congrats Brady! 🏡

Brady and I discussed buying your first home can be a little stressful, overwhelming, and exciting, a roller coaster of emotions! 🎢 but she found a great home in an amazing neighborhood in Golden so it was all worth the ride!

These days depending on the HOA purchasing a condo can sometimes cause the turbulence, but the right team and experience can make all the difference!
