Friends, Colleagues, and Family of Katie Bug Hankins 🧚‍♀️

I have a couple of announcements to make. I have made this public, so feel free to share. The family is so appreciative of your support, and I will be sending out a way to help soon. They are reading every message and love you all deeply. 🥰

June 7th, we are meeting in Cheesman Park to just see each other and offer hugs and condolences to those who loved her. Bring a cooler if you want, snacks, blankets, whatever. It's just us and whatever you bring for your personal group. Very informal and a way for us to come together and share in the love for our friend.

There will be a celebration of life on July 2nd after her memorial. It's Phish night 0 so hopefully there will be people in town for the days that follow, who can attend. More details to come. Much love, E 🪻

🌟 What a transformative year it has been! After 22 years in the business, I faced challenges I never expected, but also witnessed some incredible miracles.

This year, we welcomed Christine to work alongside the team, which was a huge win for all of us. As I navigated a tough market and faced burnout, I took time to reconnect with my "why." Sitting on the beach in June, I took time for my business and envisioned a new direction: becoming either an in-house lender for a successful real estate team or a preferred lender for new developments.

I'm thrilled to share that within two months, I received calls for BOTH opportunities! 🌟

This journey has led to immense personal growth, and I’m so grateful for the trust you place in us during such moments, like buying a home.

Santa granted all of our wishes this year. We are still here, ready to serve you and your clients. 🤩 Here’s to carrying our renewed purpose and passion into the new year! ✨️
