Don’t let the seller dictate how your buyer uses the $10,000. The right choice could determine if the loan closes.

A lower price sounds good. But is it actually what makes the biggest difference to the buyer?
Buyers are looking at more than the price tag. They’re looking at what they need upfront, what they’ll pay each month, and whether the numbers work for them.
If a seller is already willing to give, it’s worth seeing what those dollars could do before automatically taking them off the price.
