I specialize in luxury homes, lakefront getaways, Investment homes, and second homes in the Lake Geneva and Fontana areas. With years of experience with design and renovations, I have a passion and specialty for helping my customers and clients not only find and purchase the home of their dreams but also create a vision and work to achieve it. Having worked with high tech companies for over 20+ years with a background in negotiating complex technical and business issues with Fortune 500 Companies, has earned me the ability to perform detailed financial analyses for my real estate clients. My investor, buyer, and seller clients benefit from my ability to accurately and fairly determine market pricing and get the negotiation in their favor. While buying, or selling a property can be a stressful proposition for some, working with a Lake Geneva Realtor who has a strong communication skill set to provide you with in-depth information to help you along the process can make your life a lot easier and help alleviate some of the stress factors that go along with buying and selling! From a seller’s perspective, I utilize the Compass platform for tools, networking, and sophisticated marketing to ensure properties are turned quickly. Priced right, my average days on market are low. My sellers often enjoy receiving multiple offers on their properties within 45 days of listing! I live and work in the Fontana-on-Lake Geneva, so I have the strong market knowledge to help you pick the perfect vacation or “forever” home. I have personally invested and built around the lake so I can provide the first-hand knowledge needed to ensure that you are purchasing the “right” property. On a personal note…Upon moving back to America from Asia, I knew with the hectic pace of my husband’s business and his frequent travel, he needed a place to unwind and feel like he was getting away from the everyday stress of his business. We had spent an afternoon during one of our holidays having lunch at Gordy's, I looked across the ice and saw ice boats and a party on the ice and it immediately made me realize that the lake had life in all 4 seasons. It made us feel that Lake Geneva was the place for us! My husband is more relaxed, and my kids feel empowered to be kids, riding their bikes to see their friends, riding their scooters down to the beach, and spending afternoons on the boat. We truly have created lifelong memories at the lake! I have extensive experience in designing, building, and renovating homes. I’ve had the luxury of working with some of the top talents in the Lake Geneva area. I can offer the first-hand experience of working with architects, designers, flooring experts, contractors for room additions, and homebuilders in the area, thus being able to provide turnkey services to my clients. I have an eye for the potential in a property and can help you create a vision for your future home.
