When you need help choosing the right insurance products and services to protect the people and possessions you care about, you need personalized attention from someone who treats you like family. I joined the insurance industry in 2010 and started working with Pat Hight, my uncle as this Allstate Agency location in 2012. After 5 years of working with him, the Hight-Doland Agency opened in January of 2017, as he was stepping back after 40 years as an Allstate agent. With benefit of his years of experience and wisdom in the industry, this family agency is one of the best in the business with superb customer service helping protect the important things in your life.
From an early age, while growing up in Louisiana, I’ve enjoyed helping people. I have moved away from here several times but always find my way back for the people, food and leisure. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy watching the Saints, McNeese and LSU, playing tennis, hunting, fishing, and being a foodie. A fun fact about myself is that my 2 favorite animals are the giraffe and the duck-billed platypus!
Giving back to this community is important to me. I am a proud member of the Community Foundation of Southwest Louisiana, Mae’s mission, and the Chamber of Commerce; as well as a proud graduate of Leadership Southwest and Leadership Louisiana. My agency supports countless community events, schools, and nonprofits across the community.
When customers come to my agency, I want them to feel welcome. You can always stop by for a policy review or to get answers to insurance-related questions.

This is what community looks like. We're proud of the Allstaters in Dallas-Fort Worth for showing up in a major way for Genesis Women's Shelter & Support. They packed hundreds of toiletry bags and hosted a food drive to help support women in need on their healing journey.

Our employees' passions become ours. This is why each Allstate employee gets PTO to volunteer their time to causes they care about.
