If you're looking at new construction in Tennessee, don't overlook this program!

THDA's Great Choice New Construction program offers eligible buyers up to $25,000 toward their down payment and closing costs.

A few things to know: the program follows THDA's income and credit requirements, the home needs to qualify, and the assistance is a second mortgage that must be repaid. It's not the right fit for everyone, but it is absolutely worth exploring if you're planning to buy a newly built home.
