As the days get shorter, deer become much more active and are more likely to cross roadways — especially around dawn and dusk. This increased activity can pose serious risks to drivers, and hitting a deer can be a distressing and upsetting experience.

Yesterday I tagged along to 4-H Camp to help send one of my favorite campers off for an unforgettable week. ☀️🏕️
I have to admit... I was tempted to stay. Campfires, crafts, new friends, and outdoor adventures? Sounds pretty great!
But someone has to keep an eye on things back at the office, so I headed home to hold down the fort.
To all the campers this week—have an amazing time, make new memories, and don't forget to tell Daisy all about your favorite part when you get back! 💚
