Lots has been happening around here, and we’re officially a team of 4! We brought on Kati at the end of May, and she has been absolutely kicking ass and taking names. Today also marks 1 year since our ride-or-die processor, Melisa, made the move over to Waterstone to join us after our company transition. Plus, we officially have a brand new office space up and running!
Looking back, the way things have panned out is so much better than we ever could have dreamed. In the midst of all the changes, there were definitely days we didn’t know how it would all fall into place. But today, we stand so strong and certain in the team (and second family) we’ve created.
We are beyond grateful, ridiculously excited, and just truly love what we have going. We can’t wait to keep this momentum rolling! 🤍✨

Better late than never to celebrate the absolute heart and soul of our team! Yesterday was Dawn’s birthday, and to know her is to love her. Not only is she an incredible partner, but she’s the one who taught me everything I know about this industry and what it means to truly show up for our clients.

HUGE thank you to Cole Holmes for investing his time into us this past week! Cole is a fellow branch manager at Waterstone Mortgage, based out of Texas, and took the time to fly out to KC for a quick one-day visit to help us map out strategies around team building, delegation, and building better operational efficiencies.
With our new hire starting this week, his insights couldn’t have come at a more perfect time… We are so incredibly grateful for his generosity and willingness to pour into our business. Waterstone truly has a number of special people that want to see everyone around them succeed. We can’t wait to put these tools into action to better serve our clients & partners!
