Some people have one reason to keep going. For Executive Field Chairman Javier Rodriguez, that “why” has kept growing.

Raised as the youngest of nine children by a hardworking single mother, Javier learned early about perseverance, the power of family and the importance of showing up for those who need you.

Those lessons carried him through four years in the United States Marine Corps, 10 years with the LAPD and more than two decades in financial services. From the earliest days of First Financial Security, Javier planted his flag and began building a legacy of leadership, service, and opportunity for others.
