We’re proud to feature Brandon Simmet of Simmet Insurance Agency in our Veteran Spotlight!

A 4th-generation insurance agent, Brandon carries on a family legacy that began in 1920. Beyond leading the agency, he was a proud Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, and being a veteran fills him with immense pride and purpose. Brandon shared, “For me, being a veteran is a lifelong pledge to serve, uphold the values of honor, courage, and commitment, and give back to our community”.

Through his roles as Vice Commander of the Ithaca American Legion Post, member of the Gratiot County Veterans Affairs Advisory Committee, and Secretary for the Gratiot County Veterans Memorial Scholarship Program, Brandon continues to honor fellow servicemen and women, support veterans’ needs, and create opportunities for the next generation.

Thank you, Brandon, for your service, leadership, and dedication—both in the military and in our community!
