AI will replace a lot of jobs over the next couple years. Why I think Loan Officers will always have a place. Same as realtors. AI while being able to do a lot of things will likely always fall short in empathy and human connection.

Lot's of scary headlines but what does it actually mean. It means there is less competition amongst buyers. So this is a buyers market. Meaning you may be able to score a deal. That in combination with a tick down in mortgage rates may be just what you need to score your dream home.

What a difference a day can make. If you would have asked me a couple days ago I would say I am nervous about the market. We haven't seen any sort of a pull back since February. But now if you ask me things have a chance to normalize. Rates and markets are cyclical. Sometimes it takes a while to show up.
