Been a violent couple years for interest rates to say the least. Briefly yesterday we touched on the highest 10 year yield since 2007. If we break through that barrier it pushes us to the highest since 2002. And with the FED talking about raising interest rates from here need to start looking at things through the lens of a more strict budget as there are no easy ways out when it comes to financing.
