During an interview process once, a female executive told me, “you lead with how hard you work rather than your accomplishments.” Meaning, I should have been better about bragging about myself, I guess. Well, I never did get better at that. I don’t brag. I . Credit always goes to my team and never to me. But, I will never downplay how hard I work. Happy Monday, friends!
